Day 14

Saturday 30th August

From St John we journeyed down to Bar Harbour and stayed just inland. Bar Harbour is the most beautiful place to visit and the sunset from the harbour was stunning. Now back in Maine I discovered that their native stone is tourmaline in all it's most gorgeous colours of pink through to green. Graham encouraged me to buy a necklace and matching bracelet - I must get them out and wear them again...
