09.01.10. Lucy and I had trip to Belper in the snow. My feet got so cold that we had to take refuge in Wilkinsons where I stood on one leg for 15 minutes (having taken my other wellington boot off) trying to massage life into my exposed foot . Having got the circulation going again we 'hot-footed' (if you'll pardon the pun) it back to the car...
