The sun came out and so did we...

There's always something very exciting about a swollen river, a force of nature against which we have no control (don't get me going about global warming - tosh - people need to be reminded about the last ice age and the circumstances surrounding the extinction of dinosaurs). Anyway, Swarkestone Bridge, ancient monument, made an excellent subject for a photographic foray.
We had gone in search of snowdrops at Staunton Harold, but we didn't make it, perhaps next week...
