Even more pressure today - I had my Jewellery lesson observed, colloquially known as an OLT. We are subjected to them every two years, just in case we forget how to teach...
It went really well all thanks to the great bunch of students I have. Even the ones who 'have problems' managed to turn up on time. It made me feel very proud of them all...
