Today saw my first appointment at the DRI for a six week course of acupuncture. I went without any preconceived ideas of what would happen... I just hoped that something would start to take the pain away. I drove there - on my own - in pain from driving the car. I came home without the pain. The relief stayed for a couple of days, but then returned, but to have experienced any relief was wonderful and there was always next Tuesday to look forward to...
